Valor Point Executive Protection Academy offers BSIS Guard Card, Baton, Chemical Agents, Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW)/Taser, and Executive Protection Fundamentals courses. Guard Card Powers to Arrest 3-hour course may be taken online, however the 5-hour Use of Force must be taken in-person to receive your Guard Card training certificate.

Chemical Agents:
This course meets the training requirements of B&P § 7583.35 and PC § 22835, which means it qualifies you to carry pepper spray, tear gas, or mace while on duty.
To enroll, you must already have a valid BSIS guard card or qualifying license or be enrolled in our Guard Card course.
If this is your first time getting certified, we recommend taking the Hands‑On course so you can practice using the equipment safely. For renewals, you can choose either the hands‑on or online option.
Your final certificate will indicate whether you completed the course fully online.
